About

We’re All About Developing Healthy Ministry Leaders

Less About Influence. More About Intentionality

Church staff development and discipleship have trended towards a more approach: fast, measurable, and scalable. Training, conferences, and even podcasts are geared solely towards leadership development. While important, staff are still burning out, frustration brews, and retaining quality people is becoming just as hard as hiring them.

What if, instead, we focused on maturation instead of more? What if we let go of fast and leaned into fruitful

We launched Mentr to help individuals and teams grow to be fruitful and mature to have a greater impact in this world. We believe in a holistic and relational approach to development that cares about the private servant just as much as the public leader.

We’re less focused on expanding influence, and more about improving intentionality.

What Brought Us Together

Mentr is built to see more thriving churches loving their communities and developing their own. While each of our team has experienced the frustration of passive development as a church staffer, we’ve also been the beneficiary of good mentorship and intentional development. In fact, what brought our team together was sharing our stories of missed opportunities and dreams of providing a better way for others. We’re here to guide you and your church on pathways toward healthy leadership and team development.
